My 25 Days of Minis collection highlights four endangered/threatened animal species from the north to the south pole and back again.
"Polar Slumber" : This painting is an oil on panel in a white floater frame. The serene peach background is reflected in this polar bear's peaceful posture on palette knifed snow! It is wired and can be hung on your wall or stand on a shelf!

Polar Bear Fact: Polar bears do not need to hibernate like other bear species. They stay active all through the winter because there is plenty of food available to them on the sea ice. Polar bears rely on sea ice for hunting, traveling, breeding, and sometimes denning.
