I started a series of yellow fields and sunflowers during the lockdown in March. Sunflowers are hopeful and I needed a little joy. Sunflower Path is inspired by a sunny memory of walking this path in the Southwest France surrounded by sunflowers. Memories of that artists’ painting trip still warms my soul and brings back memories of self-discovery..
