Growing up I spent summer vacation in Kennebunk, Maine and we would spend our days on the beach. I'd arrive with my peanut butter and jelly sandwich (wrapped in tin foil) in hand, and my towel around my neck. Mom would always say, "look out for the gulls, they will snach your lunch.

I vividly remember one day, my cousins and I sat on the rocks on Mothers beach. My unwrapped sandwich in hand, and my dixie cup filled with lemonade from the thermos. I turned my head to take a sip and BAM! A big one just swooped down and took the whole thing!!!!
