Polar Wander

oil on cradled wood

6" x 12" x 1.5" deep

My 25 Days of Minis collection highlights four endangered/threatened animal species from the north to the south pole and back again.
" Polar Wander": The look in this guy's face is one of my personal favorites! This painting is painted on cradled wood which is wired to be hung on your wall or stand alone on a shelf. The sides are painted a neutral shade of white that is pulled from the painting.
Size dimensions: 6" x 12" x 1.5"
Polar Bear Fact: Polar bears are called Nanook or Nanuq in Inuktitut which means "an animal worthy of great respect" or "the ever wandering one". The average polar bear might travel across 100,000 square miles in its lifetime!
