ABOUT THE WORK
This bright blue grosbeak is the third of 3 songbirds I painted for this year's 2020 mini collection. Colorful songbirds show best how diverse and varied songbirds can be in relationship to shapes and colors. Each of these 3 paintings represents a bird of a primary color: The yellow American Goldfinch, the red Northern Cardinal and this Blue Grosbeak completes the three with a striking blue.
