ABOUT THE WORK
1957. Picasso did not usually leave his home/studio in Cannes. He got up at mid-morning, had coffee with milk, ate toast, and received his mail.. After lunch, he used to start working in complete isolation until late hours at night. He also surrounded himself with his family - his wife Jacqueline Roque, his children Pierre and Paloma, his dachshund, Lump. He would often spend time playing, dancing and enjoying the time together.
